The electronic duo ROOM8 from LA has made an album called “Transduction”.
The album which gonna be reviewed today contains two songs:
A - side:
“Visions of you” (feat Electric Youth) - It has a very sweet and playful sound to it which grabs the attention immediately! When the voice of Electric Youth’s singer kicks in it just feels like homecoming goodness. You never could go wrong with them. Quality!
B - side:
“Neon and Dice” - This song is overall seen very very relaxing and smooth. The sax in this song is just amazing, you have to hear it!…WOW. It certainly is a big plus and it suits perfectly for the summerish days on the beach.
One thing is for sure….

The brain child of Ezra Reich and Nic Johns, “Transduction” features Electric Youth (from the neon noir hit “Drive”), Martha Davis (leader of classic New Wave icons, The Motels), the sax work of Ian Young from M83, guitar work from Giorgio Moroder’s arranger and guitar player, famed producer, Richie Zito, mixed with Gavin Mackillop (Human League, General Public, Heaven 17). With artwork by the legendary art collective, The Zonders.
